Day spent at home, apart from the usual Sparrowhawk displaying, Kestrel, Buzzard 4 and the Grey Heron little else seen in the morning while mid-afternoon a Fieldfare flew over calling heading north and this evening 2 Swallows headed north east. Luckily at first light I had a singing Willow Warbler briefly which is out of the ordinary and could be followed by its song as it explored neighbouring gardens before realising he was in the wrong sought of habitat and disappeared.
