Gave the patch a rest. At least 400 Redwing over garden in the morning. Sparrowhawk and 2 Coal Tit in the afternoon. Bob came round to photo some of last nights catch. Juniper Carpet Spruce carpet Yellow-lined Quaker
I started birding at Draycote water, Warwickshire in 1976 and have been lucky enough to see over 240 species in that period from over 6000 visits building up a good reputation for persitant patch work. Majority of other sites visited are less than ten miles from my home in Rugby and all bikeable.
